5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients

4 Tblspns Self Raising flour

4 Tblspns Sugar

2 Tblspns Cocoa

1 Egg

3 Tblspns Milk

3 Tblspns Oil

3 Tblspn choc chips (optional)

Small splash of Vanilla extract

Large coffee Mug (Latte bowl wors well )


Method

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk asnd oil and mix well. Add the choc chips if using and vanilla and mix again. Put mug in microwave and cook for 3 mins on high (1000 watts)

The cake will rise over the top of the mug so do not be alarmed. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto plate. Eat. This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.
